We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, email us at support@nuraluxeliving.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
